This was one of those weddings where everything was planned to a T, the schedule stayed right on time, the details were to die for, and the bride & groom had the most joyous day ever. That doesn’t always happen so flawlessly, but with the combination of Sarah being an event planner and having an eye for design, AND hiring Deanna, an incredible wedding planner to organize & execute the entire day, we’ll just say it was bound to be exceptional.
As for Hunter, you never really know how a groom will react to the events of a wedding day. Will he be anxious, calm & collected, energetic… Hunter was full of pure joy and gratitude. When he turned to see Sarah for their First Look, he almost couldn’t get a word out. He smiled, and a tear rolled down his cheek. I always tell my couples that a First Look does NOT ruin the moment when the groom sees his bride walk down the aisle, and Hunter is evidence of that. We got to the ceremony, Sarah turned the corner to walk down the aisle, and Hunter had the most amazing response, yet again. What an incredibly sweet and caring guy.
I also can’t go without mentioning the florals. I’ve been asked before what my favorite flowers are to photograph. It’s always a tough question for me to answer, because I love both neutrals and pops of color. But now I have the most perfect example to show when I get asked that question. This bridal bouquet was what my (and Sarah’s!) floral dreams are made of. The biggest shoutout to Generations Wedding Flowers for their beautiful work. I have a feeling I will have a LOT of couples reaching out to them after getting a peek at these! Just WOW!
Sarah & Hunter, your day couldn’t have been any more perfect, and you couldn’t be any more perfect for each other. The biggest congratulations, you two!! Enjoy some of my favorites from your day!
