The Pfister has been one of the most iconic and historic hotels in Milwaukee for over a century. The detail and architecture and everything about it is just so grand and luxurious. Whenever I walk in, I feel like I’m in a much bigger city than Milwaukee and almost like I’m transported back in time. It was the perfect spot for Kailee and Vitaly’s luxurious wedding day.
During the first look, Vitaly told me that it is tradition in Russia for the groom to present her bouquet when he sees her for the first time, so that is exactly what he did. Vitaly is Russian and unfortunately, due to travel restrictions, his family could not be present for their wedding. But they made sure to include important traditions throughout the wedding day, and this was one of them. You will also see them together on a bridge, attaching a lock to it and throwing the key into the river. Vitaly explained the importance of this to me and to everyone at the ceremony, and I just love that they did this. One of the best parts of any wedding day is that it’s YOURS, and you can do whatever you want to celebrate that and make it special. Kailee and Vitaly most definitely did that.
Their day was filled with glitz and glamour and beauty all around. Family and friends celebrated and cheered as Vitaly became husband and wife. They are now off on their honeymoon in Maui (so jealous!) but I am really excited to be sharing some of my favorites from their day! Enjoy!!
